  • The Classic experience (4-hour session) is a focused, pre-designed intensive program perfect for addressing a specific skill-building objective or as an introduction to Mocka's methodology. The Custom experience is a comprehensive solution, meticulously designed with a dedicated Experience Architect to solve your organization's unique, deep-seated challenges over a longer, more flexible period.

  • The process begins with a brief discovery session. You'll meet with a n Experience Architect to discuss your organizational goals, team challenges, and desired outcomes. From there, we design a tailored program and provide a detailed proposal, including transparent pricing, which is perfect for your team.

  • Mocka offers fully remote virtual sessions only at this time. If you would like an in-person session, mention it during your discovery session and we will work to meet that request. Our digital platform is designed for seamless, engaging online collaboration.

    Your Team Building Experience Leader will be remote, if your team wants to be together in a conference room, or fully remote themselves, it’s about whatever works best for your team!

  • For our virtual sessions, participants will need a computer with a stable internet connection, a microphone, and a webcam. Our programs utilize a common video conferencing platform and a collaborative virtual workspace that is simple and intuitive to navigate. A tecnical requirements document will be presented after a time is scheduled.

  • Pricing for our services is tailored to the specific scope, duration, and customization required. The 4-hour session has a standard rate, while custom programs are priced based on the project's complexity and team size. We provide a detailed and transparent proposal after our initial discovery session, so there are no surprises.
